  1. technical support agent – I will answer your questions or help you resolve problems with products and services you have purchased or are considering purchasing.  Find me today on the web, on the phone, or on e-mail. I speak excellent English and have trained for at least a year to qualify for this job.
  2. reservations/appointments agentI will help you select and book reservations for travel and entertainment, or just to make an appointment for your next haircut.  Find me soon on the web, on the phone, or on a public kiosk.  My English is OK, but the voice you hear isn’t really mine – it’s a computer voice that speaks either the words I type or a pre-written script that I select.
  3. mobile conciergeI will help you find and obtain information and services whenever you want, wherever you are.  Find me soon on your cell phone.  I speak excellent English and have completed a month of training to qualify for this job
  4. in-store shopping assistantI will make your shopping experience more efficient and more pleasant.  Find me soon on a kiosk at your favorite stores.  My English is OK, but the voice you hear isn’t really mine – it’s a computer voice that speaks either the words I type or a pre-written script that I select.  I completed a couple of weeks of training to qualify for this job.
  5. copier/digital printer attendant – good news:  now that high-speed, multi-function copier/digital printer your company bought is also easy to use!  Just feed the paper in and tell me what you want to do and I’ll program it.  With one scan we can make copies in any format and at any connected location you’d like, send faxes and e-mails, even transcribe handwritten pages and translate documents into other languages.  When I’m not copying, I can monitor consumables levels, track and evaluate usage patterns, and alert an on-site attendant of problems.  I’ll come bundled into the printer someday soon.
  6. airport check-in agentI will greet you at the airport counter and check you in for your flight (with  some airlines, I only step in to assist when the automated check-in procedure encounters problems). Find me soon on a kiosk at airports around the world.  By the way, I also speak about a dozen languages!  I can hear you speak, but the voice you hear isn’t really mine – it’s a computer voice that speaks either my typed words or a pre-written script that I select.
  7. government services agentI could give you instant, 24/7 access to most government-provided services and information from your PC or telephone.  I could even be assigned to your family on an on-going basis so that I could get to know you and all your government-related needs.   Don’t expect me real soon, though – this one comes loaded with a large bureaucracy and a strong preference for employing citizens.  Look for me first at your local library
  8. small business 24/7 receptionI will attend to your customers even when your business is closed. Find me today on the web or by phone, although I still live in places like Iowa and Texas.  Soon I’ll be moving overseas, though.  I’ll have excellent English and need a couple of weeks of training to get started.  A lot of my training, though, is “on the job” as I become more familiar with your business and even your frequent customers
  9. small business appointment/reservations agentI will manage all appointments or reservations for your small business, offering your customers 24/7 access over the phone, on-line, or via e-mail.  I can also add services like reminders and driving directions.  I could also take orders, schedule resources and dispatch agents.  Find me now in small domestic call centers, but I’ll be headed overseas real soon.
  10. employee programs help deskI will help employees understand and make choices about their company’s benefits and other programs.  Find me soon on the web, on the phone, or on e-mail.  I speak excellent English and trained for about a month to learn about the benefits and other programs.
  11. employee expense reimbursement serviceI will help employees submit reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies.  I can help you with a distasteful administrative task, but really your employer is hiring me to monitor your spending and to keep you honest.  Find me soon on the web, on the phone, or on e-mail.
  12. internal IT help deskI will help employees learn about and use the equipment and software they need to do their jobs.  Find me soon on the web, on the phone, or on e-mail.  I’ll speak excellent English and will have at least a year of training on general IT topics and specifically for this job.
